The successful candidates can avail of the following benefits:

• Termly stipend towards accommodation and living expenses.

Eligibility:

• Applicants must be domiciled in the selected group of countries.
• Applicants must intend to pursue one of the following programs at GIDAE:
  • Agriculture and Development,
  • Applied International Development,
  • Climate Change, Environment and Development,
  • Communication for Development,
  • Food Security and Development.
• Applicants must have evidence of work or voluntary experience working in community development or agricultural development. 
• Applicants must have a 2:1 or first-class degree at the undergraduate level.

Notes:

Application Process:

• All eligible candidates must have an offer of admission to one of the eligible programs at the university.
• The candidates must complete and submit an online application to be considered for the scholarship.
• Shortlisted candidates are reviewed by a selection panel from the Marshal Papworth Scholarship.
