Funding:

The scholarship grants recipient status as a French Government scholarship holder and includes:
- Monthly allowance (EUR 860 in 2025);
- Round-trip airfare and transport to the study city;
- Health insurance;
- Housing support via Campus France;
- Visa fee exemption;
- Online French courses before departure (subject to level availability).

Eligibility:

Eligibility Conditions:

- Be of Palestinian nationality and/or have completed studies at a Palestinian university (French nationals, including dual nationals, are not eligible);
- Have permanent residence in the West Bank, Jerusalem, or the Gaza Strip (persons in exile must justify their place of residence prior to departure);
- Hold or be in the final year of a minimum Bac +4 degree;
- Have at least a B2 level in the language of instruction;
- Have a clear and well-structured high-level academic project linked to a professional project.

Notes:

The scholarship does not cover:
- Transport to the departure airport;
- Tuition fees;
- Other expenses related to the stay.
